We are a small and extremely dynamic family office. Everyone is having different expertise and experiences from different industries, which allows us to provide our customers world class services along their full value-chain. We are working with a wide range of trusted partners and freelancers in order to provide tailored services to our customer's needs. Our passion is to share our KNOW-HOW and therefore creating added value to our customers in the small and medium enterprise segment.
Claudia has over 30 years of experience in Accounting, Controlling, Human Resources, Tax and VAT Administration as well as Tax and VAT Advisory. During her career, she experienced various areas of finance. She started as a Statutory Officer in a Trust Company and finally became the CFO of an internationally operating company. In 2010 she turned her dream into reality and launched her own company. Her qualifications comprise aspects of the IFRS, VAT, Tax as well as Internal Controlling System (ICS).
Dario’s professional career comprises Customer Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Project Management. In 2022 he is completing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with major in Accounting & Controlling as well as Business Development.
Fabio Rosamina
Partner
Fabio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with majors in Financial Management and the Psychology of Economics. In 2022 he is completing his Master of Science post-graduate studies in Business Administration with major in International Business Development and Digital Excellence. Further studies in Finance and Accounting with a federal professional certificate, certified Scrum Master, as well as a certified Scrum product owner and his experiences in the Digital Healthcare segment, makes him an expert in the area of digital transformation and start-up support.
Irene Röllin
Accounting Clerk
Irene’s field of expertise lies in Accounting, Tax, VAT and Payroll Accounting. After her 3-year commercial apprenticeship, she completed her further education and became an Accounting Clerk in EDUPOOL Accounting.

Maureen provides customers of Rosamina & Partner with Strategic Brand Management and Digital Marketing Services. These services go hand-in-hand with the financial and administrative functions of your company. Her know-how covers Brand Management, Design, Web Development, E-mail Marketing, Copywriting, Social Media Management and Photography.
